You will find the Caboose furnished with a Queen Bed, Kitchenette, (coffee maker, microwave, and small refrigerator). The décor of this Caboose Cabin is a Victorian theme inside. Outside, you will be able to relax on the spacious deck and enjoy the hot tub under the stars. The deck is shaded and secluded. Wooded views surround the Caboose, providing privacy and creating an intimate setting.

Each Caboose has its own private drive which adds to your privacy. All considered, our Cabooses and Depot cabin are more secluded and private than most resorts… No other lodging in the area can compare to this unique experience. It is rare to see a caboose these days. By staying at Livingston Junction, you will become one of a handful of people who have actually spent the night in a caboose!

The place was more than promised and the staff were extremely helpful

We had a fun stay. It was nice to stay somewhere different that your average hotel. It was secluded and neat. The hot tub in the evening was very nice. Word of warning, if you are tall, watch out for the lights inside. They will sucker punch you in the head LOL.

Great location just outside of downtown Eureka Springs and fantastic for the price. Large deck, charcoal grill, and peaceful surrounding woods. We enjoyed the privacy the location provided. All amenities were up to our standards. The caboose was comfortable and unique. We would stay here again.

We loved the seclusion of the Caboose. The deck and hammock on the deck were very nice. The Caboose was different and a bit small but with only two of us it was fine. It was very close to downtown Eureka Springs. We loved our stay!

“I doubt there are many views that rival this cabin! They were extraordinary! The cabin was comfortable and looked just like the pictures. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. Only downside was that thekitchen was not as well stocked as other places I have rented. There were dinner plates and very small bread plates, but no bowls for things like salad or cereal. If you want those, you had small mixing bowls. No large frying pan. There was not a charcoal grill, which we planned on, but, luckily, the gas grill worked fine. I hiked around, but it wasn’t until late afternoon on my second hike that I found the trail, which was lovely, but it was a bit late in the day to walk far. Signage at the trailhead would be nice. The drive into town was not bad, but we mostly stayed at the cabin as the view was so wonderful! All in all, this was a fabulous place to stay and I would recommend it! ”

Great value and location. Very secluded, yet only 3 mi to downtown. I loved its charm.
